My New Studio Comes To Life

Last summer I decided it was about time I had a studio of my very own, where I could get on with my work without too many distraction.

Having spent a lifetime doing my painting on the kitchen table, having to clear all my bits away after each session, this was a major move.

The work started in the late summer of 2022 and luckily was completed before the bad weather of winter set in.

It’s sited in our garden which is surrounded by the hills of Lake Vyrnwy here in Llanwddyn, so I can wander down any time I like.

It’s not huge, but I’m more than happy. It’s got heating, hot and cold running water, loads of natural light and views to die for, and I don’t have to tidy up after every session!
